Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy 🔁

In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• We will cover all shipping costs for the return or replacement.
• A replacement will be sent, or a refund will be issued after receiving the returned product.

Return Conditions:
• The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Opened packages cannot be returned for any reason (as per the Consumer Protection Law).

Orders Paid via Fawry:
• If cancelled upon delivery: Shipping fees will be deducted and the amount will be refunded within 10–14 days.
• If cancelled immediately after payment: No shipping fees will be deducted, and the refund will be processed within 10–14 days.

Refund Methods:
• Vodafone Cash or Instapay.

Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Products:
• Body mist.
• Body lotion.
• Shampoo or conditioner.
• Unsealed or easily opened/used products.
